释义	团员遗失团员证，在确认无法找回时，应及时报告团组织。团的基层委员会在了解团员证遗失原因并对团员进行必要的教育后，可以为其办理补发团员证手续，但要在新发团员证的备注栏内注明补发的团员证不再使用原团员证号码，其编号按本单位团员证已编到的序号递增。法律依据：《中国共产主义青年团团员证管理暂行条例》第三十七条团员遗失团员证，应及时报告团的组织，在确认无法找回时，由团的基层委员会办理补发手续，并在新证备注栏内加以说明。
