释义	法律分析: 出家后债务仍然需要偿还。出家并不能逃避债务。出家，是指离开亲人、家庭、事业这样的世俗世界，到寺院里做和尚、尼姑，或到道观里做道士。但是法律并未规定出家后债务就可以免除的条款，除非是债权人免除债务人部分或者全部债务的，债权债务部分或者全部终止，债务人无需承担偿还责任。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第六百六十七条【借款合同定义】借款合同是借款人向贷款人借款，到期返还借款并支付利息的合同。
