释义	法律分析：进行备案登记之后才有编号。登记备案是房地产行政管理部门加强对房屋租赁市场的一种行政管理手段与方式；但登记备案不是租赁合同生效的必要条件。所以实践中，有的租赁合同是没有备案的。至于是否有备案号以及备案号真假，以房产局查询结果为准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零六条当事人未依照法律、行政法规规定办理租赁合同登记备案手续的，不影响合同的效力。第七百零七条租赁期限六个月以上的，应当采用书面形式。当事人未采用书面形式，无法确定租赁期限的，视为不定期租赁。
