释义	法律分析：不是。直系血亲：是指彼此之间有直接血缘联系的亲属，包括己身所从出和从己身所出的两部分血亲。己身所从出的血亲，即是生育己身的各代血亲，如父母、祖父母、外祖父母等；从己身所出的血亲，即是己身生育的后代，如子女、孙子女、外孙子女等。值得注意的是，直系血亲除自然直系血亲外，还包括法律拟制的直系血亲，如养父母与养子女、养祖父母与养孙子女，有抚养关系的继父母与继子女等都是直系血亲。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
