释义	法律分析：一张发票不能报销两次。已经报销过一次的发票，如果已经全额报销完后，不可以再报销。如果先从其他地方报销过后，还有余额未报销，也可以提供理赔凭证分割单，下一个投保单位在理赔时会接受此凭证。未填写购买方的纳税人识别号或统一社会信用代码的普通发票、开具内容与实际业务不符的发票不能报销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十一条不符合规定的发票，不得作为财务报销凭证，任何单位和个人有权拒收。
