释义	法律分析：现在结婚登记不需要婚检。因为我国已经取消了强制婚检的规定，也就是说现在是否进行婚前体检，对结婚证的领取并没有任何影响，可以直接去婚姻登记处登记领证。不过婚检能够提前发现疾病，保证婚后的婚姻幸福，有条件的话还是做婚检比较好。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
