释义	法律分析：只要是真实的,签发电子版离职证明的单位能够确认,就有效。在员工依法办理离职还交接手续后,用人单位必须为出具解除劳动合同证明(即离职证明),同时劳动者的工资、押金和经济补偿是必须结清和退还。用人单位不得随意扣减或者拖欠不退,当事人可以在办理离职手续时要求结清。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
