释义	法律分析：日租房合法。短租房、家庭旅馆、移动公寓、日租公寓、青年旅馆、自助公寓、酒店式公寓和农家乐这些都是日租房。我国法律没有规定不允许日租房，所以日租房是不违法。日租房确实是不违法，但是不符合某些法律规定，在房屋出租时必须要向公安机关做好备案。法律依据：《个体工商户条例》第四条国家对个体工商户实行市场平等准入、公平待遇的原则。申请办理个体工商户登记，申请登记的经营范围不属于法律、行政法规禁止进入的行业的，登记机关应当依法予以登记。
