释义	法律分析：农村房屋所指的红线内和红线外，一般是针对于房屋是可以按规定依法的实际拆迁，只要在此线内那么就是可以开发利用的，只要确定了红线内的建筑物，那么当事人就不能随便的在建造，对于超过的部份也是不会获得任何赔偿。法律依据：《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第十六条房屋征收范围确定后，不得在房屋征收范围内实施新建、扩建、改建房屋和改变房屋用途等不当增加补偿费用的行为违反规定实施的，不予补偿。通常认为，征收范围确定的标志是房屋征收公告的发布。
