释义	法律分析：社保中断也就意味着医疗保险的缴纳也中断。医保断缴，从停交之日的次月起暂停医疗保险待遇。简单说，不是立即停用，是下个月起不再享受医疗保险待遇。但不意味着医保卡就不能使用了。医保虽然停交，但是医保卡个人账户里的钱还是可以使用的，只能用于买药和门诊看病，如果是疾病住院的话，是不能享受医保报销的，要自费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
