释义	法律分析：如流拍三次，申请人拒绝接受抵债的，应当于第三次拍卖终结之日起七日内发出变卖公告。自公告之日起六十日内没有买受人愿意以第三次拍卖的保留价买受该财产，申请人可以要求拍卖物抵债，由法院裁定以物抵债。如果申请人扔拒绝接受抵债的，法院将解除查封。法律依据：《关于人民法院民事执行中拍卖、变卖财产的规定》第八条人民法院确定的保留价，第一次拍卖时，不得低于评估价或者市价的百分之八十；如果出现流拍，再行拍卖时，可以酌情降低保留价，但每次降低的数额不得超过前次保留价的百分之二十。
