释义	法律分析：不可以。我国法律规定，对于业绩不达标是不是可以扣工资，应该看劳动合同是不是有相关的约定。如果劳动合同约定，在业绩不达标的时候，可以根据用人单位的规章制度去进行扣钱。在扣钱之后的工资一般是不能低于当地最低工资标准的，双方在损失发生之后另有其它约定的情况除外。如果没有明确约定的，可以向劳动仲裁所提出。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
