释义	两个男的不能领结婚证。根据目前中国法律相关规定，领取结婚证的是男女双方，其他情况法律没有规定。现实情况就是，目前中国尚无同性领取结婚证的先例，而且有同性因此将民政局告上了法庭，结果也是以败诉告终。现行法律考虑的完全是异性婚姻的问题，没有涉及同性婚姻。所以，同性不可以领结婚证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十六条结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。
