释义	法律主观：生产、销售、使用放射性同位素与射线装置的单位，应当加强对本单位放射性同位素与射线装置安全和防护状况的日常检查。发现安全隐患的，应当立即整改;安全隐患有可能威胁到人员安全或者有可能造成环境污染的，应当立即停止辐射作业并报告发放辐射安全许可证的环境保护主管部门(以下简称“发证机关”)，经发证机关检查核实安全隐患消除后，方可恢复正常作业。
