4、防护措施：对于无法从根本上消除危险的隐患，对接触者采取劳动防护手段，确保危险程度降低。
隐患处理方式如下：
1、一般性事故隐患：应要求有关区域部门限期排除；
2、重大事故隐患：应做出暂时局部、全部停产停业或停止使用，并立即上报上级政府主管部门，根据实际情况和具体要求，进行限期整改；
3、特别重大事故隐患：应立即做出停产停业，立即上报上级政府主管部门，并及时进行人员疏散、加强安全警戒等相应措施，进行彻底整改。

《中华人民共和国建筑法》第五十四条
建设单位不得以任何理由，要求建筑设计单位或者建筑施工企业在工程设计或者施工作业中，违反法律、行政法规和建筑工程质量、安全标准，降低工程质量。
建筑设计单位和建筑施工企业对建设单位违反前款规定提出的降低工程质量的要求，应当予以拒绝。
