《国家奖学金管理办法》
第六条 国家奖学金分为二个等级，全国每年定额发放给45000名学生，其中10000名特别优秀的学生享受一等奖学金，标准为每人每年6000元；35000名学生享受二等奖学金，标准为每人每年4000元。
第七条 国家奖学金获得者，其所在学校减免当年的全部学费。
