释义	法律分析：如果是公司经营亏损，不用个人赔偿。如果是个人行为导致他人权益受损，那么按照民法典第一千一百九十一条用人单位的工作人员因执行工作任务造成他人损害的，由用人单位承担侵权责任。用人单位承担侵权责任后，可以向有故意或者重大过失的工作人员追偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第九条用人单位违反国家规定，拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬，或者拖欠工伤医疗费、经济补偿或者赔偿金的，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门投诉，劳动行政部门应当依法处理。
