释义	法律分析：是分开的。学籍档案即人事档案，一般由政教处管理并保存，团员档案由学校的团委办公室管理并保存。所以提取的时候是到两个不同的地方，到大学或者其他单位转接的时候也是分别交到辅导员和团支书手里。学籍档案较团员档案更重要。法律依据：《学生档案管理制度》第二条（一）学生档案日常管理和保管，由就业指导办公室负责，将各种档案材料及时整理归档，统一保管。（二）学生毕业时，由就业指导办公室负责将每名学生的档案整理完毕后，分别寄送学生所在单位或户口所在地的人事部门。
