释义	法律分析: 承租人在占有租赁物期间，租赁物毁损、灭失的风险由承租人承担，出租人要求承租人继续支付租金的，法院应予支持。可见，即使并非承租人的原因导致租赁物毁损、灭失的，也不能免除承租人给付租金的义务，换言之就是由承租人来承担融资租赁物中毁损、灭失的风险。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百五十六条融资租赁合同因租赁物交付承租人后意外毁损、灭失等不可归责于当事人的原因解除的，出租人可以请求承租人按照租赁物折旧情况给予补偿。
