网赌银行流水无法解释怎样办

实际上，银行流水或资金流水，指的是一个赌博交易的流水账，分借与贷，也就是进账与出账，进账形成一个进账流水总额，出账也形成一个出账流水总额，实践中通常分开列出两项数据。例如，赌博网站的代理，通过代理账号，在接受他人投注时，会形成一个投注流水总额，在支付相关赢取款给参赌人员时，又会形成一个支出流水总额；对于参赌人员，同样会形成输赢两个赌博流水。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国刑法》 第三百零三条 以营利为目的，聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
