释义	法律分析：自己的房子继母有居住权。继子女与继母有抚养关系的，继子女对继母有赡养的义务。继子与继母没有抚养关系的，不能赶继母走。但是，继母另有住房的除外。作为家庭共同生活的成员之一，虽然是继承了房屋，但并不能因此剥夺继母的居住权。而且，这种情况法院在处理时一般会首先考虑维持现状和父母的选择。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
