释义	法律分析：每个人的社保只有一个账户，不管是私企，国企等单位，只要进入个人社保账户，就会算工龄。只是在国企内部算工龄才从入职时算起，在竞升职称职务及工资竞升时以此为工龄。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动保险条例实施细则修正草案》第三十八条一般工龄系指工人职员以工资收入为生活资料之全部或主要来源的工作时间而言。在计算一般工龄时，应包括本企业工龄在内。
