释义	产假有工资的，产假期间是有工资的。按照法律规定，有购买生育保险的，产假期间的工资由社保局支付；如果没有购买生育保险的，产假期间的工资由用人单位按照之前的每个月实际工资足额发放，即除了基本工资外，其他的工资福利也要依法足额发放。法律依据《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第八条女职工产假期间的生育津贴，对已经参加生育保险的，按照用人单位上年度职工月平均工资的标准由生育保险基金支付；对未参加生育保险的，按照女职工产假前工资的标准由用人单位支付。
