释义	法律分析：意思自治是指当事人依法享有自愿订立合同的权利，任何单位个人不得非法干预。意思自治原则是确定合同准据法的最普遍的原则。自愿原则又称为意思自治原则，是指民事主体依照自己的理性判断，自主参与民事活动,管理自己的私人事务，不受国家权力和其他民事主体的非法干预。自愿原则是民法平等原则的表现和延伸。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四条民事主体在民事活动中的法律地位一律平等。第五条民事主体从事民事活动，应当遵循自愿原则，按照自己的意思设立、变更、终止民事法律关系。
