释义	法律分析：刑事抗诉书,是指人民检察院对人民法院确有错误的刑事判决或裁定依法提出抗诉时,所制作的文书。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百八十一条对于人民检察院依照本法第一百七十七条第二款规定作出的不起诉决定，被不起诉人如果不服，可以自收到决定书后七日以内向人民检察院申诉。人民检察院应当作出复查决定，通知被不起诉的人，同时抄送公安机关。
