释义	法律分析：公司刻章必须到公安局备案。公司刻章需要到当地公安机关指定的刻章单位刻制，并做好备案登记手续，如有旧印章也应当按规定送交印章制发机关封存或销毁。法律依据：《印章治安管理办法》第七条国家权力、党政、司法、参政议事、军队、武警、民主党派、共青团、工会、妇联等机关、团体的各级组织、机构需要刻制印章的，由制发机关的印章管理部门开具公函到所在地县级以上人民政府公安机关办理备案手续。县级以上人民政府公安机关应即办理并出具准刻证明。
