释义	法律分析：义务兵过年是不能回家的，义务兵服役2年，准予探亲1次，但一般不会安排在春节休假。法律依据：《中国人民解放军内务条令（试行）》第一百七十七条军人外出，必须按级请假，履行审批手续，按时归队销假；未经领导批准不得外出。探亲假一般在父母或者配偶居住地安排，其他去向应当如实报告。休假一般就地安排，经批准也可以到外地休假。因公或者因私出国（境）的，按照有关规定申请报批。需要续假的，应当及时提出申请并经批准，不得逾期不归。军人在执勤和操课（工作）时间内，无特殊事由不得请假。
