释义	法律分析：反证是指按照主张某种事实存在或否认对方主张事实的存在来划分,可分为本证与反证。对方当事人为否定或推翻主张事实的一方当事人所提出的证据,而提出相反的事实证据,以证明事实的不存在,谓之反证。反驳也是《民事诉讼法》赋予被告用以对抗原告诉讼请求的一种诉讼权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第五十二条原告可以放弃或者变更诉讼请求，被告可以承认或者反驳诉讼请求，有权提起反诉。
