释义	外包装和内包装必须要有生产日期，没有就是不合格。生产日期是指商品在生产线上完成所有工序，经过检验并包装成为可在市场上销售的成品时的日期和时间。法律依据：《中华人民共和国食品安全法》第五十四条产品标识不符合本法第二十七条规定的，责令改正；有包装的产品标识不符合本法第二十七条第（四）项、第（五）项规定，情节严重的，责令停止生产、销售，并处违法生产、销售产品货值金额百分之三十以下的罚款；有违法所得的，并处没收违法所得。
