释义	律师分析：报案后不会自动撤案。只有在案件不符合立案条件时，案件才会被撤销。经过侦查，发现具有下列情形之一的，应当撤销案件：（一）没有犯罪事实的；（二）情节显著轻微、危害不大，不认为是犯罪的；（三）犯罪已过追诉时效期限的。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第五十七条人民检察院接到报案、控告、举报或者发现侦查人员以非法方法收集证据的，应当进行调查核实。对于确有以非法方法收集证据情形的，应当提出纠正意见；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
