释义	法律分析: 经研究，决定对6人作出丧失教师资格处理。 因以上6人在犯罪判刑时未及时收缴注销教师资格证，现向社会予以公告，从刑事判决之日起他们的教师资格证书同时丧失。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国教师法》第十四条受到剥夺政治权利或者故意犯罪受到有期徒刑以上刑事处罚的，不得取得教师资格，已经取得教师资格的，丧失教师资格。《教师资格条例》第十八条依照教师法第十四条的规定丧失教师资格的，不能重新取得教师资格，其教师资格证书由县级以上人民政府教育行政部门收缴。
