释义	法律分析: 注册商标申请注销的方式:商标注册人向商标局提交商标注销申请书。商标局经审查，确认予以注销的，应当原《商标注册证》作废，应当交回原《商标注册证》，并予以公告。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国商标法实施条例》》第七十四条注册商标被撤销或者依照本条例第七十三条的规定被注销的，原《商标注册证》作废，并予以公告；撤销该商标在部分指定商品上的注册的，或者商标注册人申请注销其商标在部分指定商品上的注册的，重新核发《商标注册证》，并予以公告。
