释义	1、放弃遗产的，债权人没有撤销权。 2、债权人的撤销权必须是在债务人实施了减少其财产的行为，对债权人的权益造成了侵害时，才可以行使，而放弃继承遗产，并不是债务人当然处分自己财产的行为，因此此时，债权人不能行使撤销权。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百三十八条债务人以放弃其债权、放弃债权担保、无偿转让财产等方式无偿处分财产权益，或者恶意延长其到期债权的履行期限，影响债权人的债权实现的，债权人可以请求人民法院撤销债务人的行为。
