释义	按照规定，对于需要按照工商行政管理机关行政处罚程序处罚的，工商行政管理机关应当在七个工作日内予以核查是否立案。法律依据：《工商行政管理机关行政处罚程序规定》第十七条工商行政管理机关应当自收到投诉、申诉、举报、其他机关移送、上级机关交办的材料之日起七个工作日内予以核查，并决定是否立案；特殊情况下，可以延长至十五个工作日内决定是否立案。
