释义	法律分析：无需负法律责任。因果关系原则及行为人的主管意图。如果被害人本身患有疾病，并且行为人明知被害人过度惊吓会产生严重后果，要负故意杀人或伤害的责任。行为人的明知以周围人是否都知晓被害人疾病为参照。如果被害人没有类似疾病，行为人也无法预料吓人会产生死亡后果，则属于意外事件，不负刑事责任，但要负民事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第十六条行为在客观上虽然造成了损害结果，但是不是出于故意或者过失，而是由于不能抗拒或者不能预见的原因所引起的，不是犯罪。
