释义	法律分析：支票日期填写要求：1、票据的出票日期必须是中文大写；2、日期上出现填写的一至九日的情形时，应在前面补上零字。3、电汇单的日期必须是在办理电汇当天的日期，所以在去银行办理电汇之前不要事先填写日期。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第八十四条支票必须记载下列事项：（一）表明“支票”的字样；（二）无条件支付的委托；（三）确定的金额；（四）付款人名称；（五）出票日期；（六）出票人签章。支票上未记载前款规定事项之一的，支票无效。
