释义	法律分析：注销公司法人的身份有下列条件的是： 1、被代理人取得或者恢复民事行为能力； 2、被代理人或者代理人死亡； 3、代理人丧失民事行为能力； 4、指定代理的人民法院或者指定单位取消指定； 5、公司清算组负责人签署的注销登记申请书； 6、由其余原因引起的被代理人和代理人之间的监护关系消灭。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十八条公司清算结束后，清算组应当制作清算报告，报股东会、股东大会或者人民法院确认，并报送公司登记机关，申请注销公司登记，公告公司终止。
