释义	网贷利息过高还不上的，对超过法律最高利息规定的部分能够不予偿还，仍不能清偿的，能够向贷款人申请延长还款期限。依据《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十五条第一款规定，出借人请求借款人按照合同约定利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持，但是双方约定的利率超过合同成立时一年期贷款市场报价利率四倍的除外。《民法典》第六百七十八条规定，借款人能够在还款期限届满前向贷款人申请展期；贷款人同意的，能够展期。法律依据《民法典》第六百七十八条
