释义
依据我国相关法律的规定,劳动者出现中暑症状时,用人单位应当立即采取救助措施,使其迅速脱离高温环境,到通风阴凉处休息,供给防暑降温饮料,严重的要送院治疗。中暑可以认定为工伤。
