释义	属于违法行为，涉嫌逃税漏税。购物小票又称为购物收据，是指在消费者购物时由商场或其它商业机构给用户留存的销售凭据，除了少数手写的小票之外，大多为收银机打印。在国内购物小票多数不能作为正式发票使用，其上面一般都有在多长时间之内可以开发票的说明。《刑法》第二百零一条纳税人采取欺骗、隐瞒手段进行虚假纳税申报或者不申报，逃避缴纳税款数额较大并且占应纳税额10%以上的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；数额巨大并且占应纳税额30%以上的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
