释义	法律分析：工资发多了应当退还。工资是劳动者付出劳动后单位应当给与的薪资报酬，但多发的工资不属于劳动者合法所得，而是不当得利，公司要求退还的时候员工有义务把多发的部分还给公司。如果涉及金额较大，员工拒绝退还，则公司可走诉讼程序追回。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百八十五条得利人没有法律根据取得不当利益的，受损失的人可以请求得利人返还取得的利益，但是有下列情形之一的除外：（一）为履行道德义务进行的给付；（二）债务到期之前的清偿；（三）明知无给付义务而进行的债务清偿。
