释义	法律分析：中国持有弓箭不犯法，但也不可随意使用。枪支才是违法的。非机械的弓箭类器材(反曲弓、复合弓)不属于公安机关的管理范畴,制造、销售、购买、持有、使用等环节均不需要向公安机关办理手续。但是机械类的弓箭类器材，如弩（又称：机械弩、弩机）是一种具有较强杀伤力的器材，属于国家严格管制物品。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百二十八条违反枪支管理规定，非法持有、私藏枪支、弹药的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
