释义	律师分析: 法律中有规定，刑事案件在立案侦查期间的，一般只能由刑辩律师去看守所会见嫌疑人，而作为嫌疑人的家属则暂时不能进行会见。而在会见的过程中，除了向嫌疑人了解案件情况外，也要看是否能够为其争取取保候审或者监视居住，这样嫌疑人可以暂时不被羁押。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第三十四条犯罪嫌疑人自被侦查机关第一次讯问或者采取强制措施之日起，有权委托辩护人侦查期间，只能委托律师作为辩护人。被告人有权随时委托辩护人。
