社保卡可以网上解除挂失。挂失方式如下：
1、书面挂失，市民可以携带有效身份证件原件及复印件，在工作时间到市、区县社保卡服务网点办理书面挂失，有效期10天，逾期社保卡自动作废。作废以后，社保卡不能使用，需要重新申请补换卡。如在有效期内找回的，可到上述社保卡服务网点办理解挂手续，恢复社保卡的正常使用；
2、电话挂失，可以先拨打当地社保经办机构的制卡部门进行挂失。不过电话挂失后还是要去经办机构去办理具体挂失和重办手续；
3、携身份证到当地社保局进行办理，到当地的社保经办机构凭本人身份证进行挂失和重办申领手续。如果是委托他人办理，需提交本人的身份证和委托人的身份证的原件和复印件。
取消挂失需要携带身份证、社会保障卡、原挂失申请表，前往发卡银行任一网点申请挂失取消，网点工作人员受理资料，并对资料进行审核，审核完成后，办理取消挂失确认手续，取消挂失成功。

中华人民共和国境内的用人单位和个人依法缴纳社会保险费，有权查询缴费记录、个人权益记录，要求社会保险经办机构提供社会保险咨询等相关服务。
个人依法享受社会保险待遇，有权监督本单位为其缴费情况。
