需要具体看双方有无签订劳动合同,签订了劳动合同需要提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,才可以解除。没签订合同一般可以随便走,只是工资领取就会不太顺利,但不给工资属于违法行为。还是建议双方协商一致。

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位,可以解除劳动合同。
