释义	民事二审判决书是不准上诉的判决，是终审裁判，其一经宣判即生效，判决书中的内容也即开始执行。虽然二审判决是终审，但当事人还可以申请再审，但原判决不停止执行；如果是法院发现判决确有错误提起再审的，原则上应当停止执行判决，但追索赡养费、扶养费、抚育费的除外。法律依据:《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百五十五条最高人民法院的判决、裁定，以及依法不准上诉或者超过上诉期没有上诉的判决、裁定，是发生法律效力的判决、裁定。
