释义	根据我国法律规定，不需要，如个人不想签订的，可以继续签订固定期限劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者签订固定期限的劳动合同后，如果合同到期的，双方可以续签劳动合同，续签的劳动合同也可以约定一定的期限，与用人单位签订两次固定期限劳动合同后，第三次续订劳动合同时，用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以订立无固定期限劳动合同，而不是一定要签订。
