释义	律师分析: 权证又称认股证，是一种由政府、银行或公司发行并在交易所上市的金融工具。按照权利行使方式划分可分为认购权证和认沽权证。认购权证给予持有人买入权，认沽权证给予持有人卖出权。【法律依据】: 《上海证券交易所权证管理暂行办法》第二条本办法所称权证，是指标的证券发行人或其以外的第三人(以下简称发行人)发行的;约定持有人在规定期间内或特定到期日，有权按约定价格向发行人购买或出售标的让夯，以现立石算力式仪取纪升左诉的月价证券。
