释义	法律分析：先要判断事故是否是轻微事故，如果只是轻微剐蹭后逃逸，且在肇事者明知自己的逃逸行为下，将被公安机关有关部门处罚扣除驾驶证12分，并不会吊销。除此之外的事故逃逸，都将会吊销驾驶证，且终身不得再领取驾驶证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百零一条违反道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证。造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
