释义	法律分析：公司如果需要注销，是没有时间的限制的，只要公司出现特殊原因是可以进行注销的，但是公司注销需要提前对公司的账务进行清算工作。当一个公司宣告破产，或者被其它公司收购、公司章程规定营业期限届满、公司内部分立解散，或者由于一些业务经营方式不规范被依法责令关闭，这时公司可以申请注销。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十三条公司经营管理发生严重困难，继续存续会使股东利益受到重大损失，通过其他途径不能解决的，持有公司全部股东表决权百分之十以上的股东，可以请求人民法院解散公司。
